1.Manage sales marketing activities.
- Promotion material preparation (PPT / Video / articles etc.)
- Development of promotion platform
- Publish WeChat articles / videos
- Publish magazine articles
- Website management and updates
- Prepare Exhibition
2.Continues updating market information:
3.Competitor analysis
4.Cooperation and support for new developments of products
5.Arrange files in Server
6.Managing cooperation with associations for marketing purpose
7.Assist Sales Managing Director for new requirements
8.Assist GM to supervise overall daily office operation and support On business related tasks and project management.
9.Manage daily administrative work and office facilities.
10.Prepare and follow-up On meeting minutes, and pass On information to departments to ensure smooth communication.
11.Collect, file and keep company and GM's documents, materials, etc.
12.Arrange and coordinates travel for the GM, deal with the expenses reimbursement issue.
13.Other tasks assigned by General Manager.
1.Strong communication skills, able to work under pressure.
2.Self-motivated and able to work independently.
3.A good command of English, CET-6 or above. Excellent spoken and written English skills.
